When will Summit 2023 take place?

Summit 2023 is October 4th and 5th.

Where will it be held?

For the first time since 2019, it’ll be held in-person, as well as online. Our in-person event will take place at Convene, Brookfield Place located at 225 Liberty in New York City.

What is the theme?

This year’s theme is Recalibrate: Optimize Performance, Drive Innovation. We’ll tackle the biggest questions organizations face today and explore how we can co-create a better future.

Who can attend Summit?

The short answer is anyone! In-person passes, however, are reserved for individuals from qualifying organizations, including those employed by mid-market and enterprise organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions. If you are a sole proprietor or independent coach, we encourage you to purchase a virtual pass. Competitors or otherwise ineligible purchasers are subject to refusal — and will be provided an option to seek a refund or allocate the value of their purchase toward virtual tickets.

Are early bird discounts available?

Yes, early bird tickets are available until September 21, 2023.

How much does it cost to attend Summit (in-person/virtually)?

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Our in-person Summit has limited seating. It is likely these tickets will sell out well before the first day of our event. Although on-site tickets may be available, it is highly encouraged to purchase your tickets online prior to the event.

Where can I find information about the event program and schedule?

Will Summit sessions be available globally?

Summit sessions are available globally. The event itself will take place on Eastern Standard Time on October 4th and 5th, starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 6:00 PM. However, all virtual and in-person ticket holders will have 180 days to watch recordings on demand.

Do ticket holders have access to virtual content on-demand?

Everyone who purchases a Summit ticket will have access to virtual content on-demand for 6 months.

Where can attendees stay? Are there any discounted accommodations?

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. Only competitors or otherwise ineligible purchasers who are subject to refusal who purchase a ticket may be considered for a refund.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual.

Where do I go to check in?

There will be a marked check-in table at the entrance of the event building. You can’t miss it!

How do I download the event app?

All ticket holders will receive instructions via email about how to download and use the event application.
