Can I speak at the Summit?
We do not have an open call for submissions for speakers and/or sessions at this time. Summit presenters and sessions are curated by NeuroLeadership Institute. If you feel you might be an ideal presenter, please send your resume and information to Summit@NeuroLeadership.com

NeuroLeadership Institute Membership
I am a Corporate Member, how do I purchase tickets?
As a Corporate Member, you have two options:
- Your company will have a set number of complimentary passes. the availability of which you can confirm by emailing CorpMembership@NeuroLeadership.com.
- If your company has already redeemed their complimentary passes, you can purchase tickets at a discounted rate inside the Corporate Membership Portal.

When and where is the Summit held?
The Summit comprises 3 days of content across November 10, 11, and 12, 2020. This year, the Summit will be a virtual event due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Since the Summit is completely global, some sessions will run +1 day ahead of the Americas.

How do I access the platform for viewing?
Paid registrants will receive an email containing all the information and steps required to access Socio and Zoom, the platforms being used to view all of the presentations.

What is the refund policy?
All 2020 Summit tickets are non-refundable. A transfer of registration to another person is permitted. Please email Summit@Neuroleadership.com to complete the transfer.
Whom should I contact about billing questions?
Please email Summit@Neuroleadership.com to be placed in communication with our finance department.
Can I register day-of?
While we can accommodate day-of registrants, to ensure your place at the Summit please register prior to November 3, 2020.
Do you offer discounts for academics/students/non-profits?
No, NeuroLeadership Institute does not provide discounted prices for the Summit outside of the Individual and Corporate Membership rates.
Do you offer group rates?
Corporate groups larger than 5 attendees will receive a complimentary briefing call with NeuroLeadership Institute, subject to availability and NeuroLeadership Institute discretion. There are no dollar or percentage discounts for attendees for the 2020 Summit outside of the Corporate Membership discount.
Recording & Livestream
Will the Summit be Recorded?
Yes, we do record Summit sessions. Ticket holders will have access to the recordings for 3 months following the conference. After February 10, 2021, the recordings will be migrated into our Corporate Membership portal.
Will I receive a copy of slides and presentation materials?
No, we do not provide slides and/or presentation materials before or after the Summit.
Can I use the Summit for ICF Accreditation or training hours?
The Summit is not eligible for ICF accreditation or training hours. Please check out our Brian-Based Coaching programs which provide accredited ICF Hours.
