Cancellation Policy: A cancellation notification must be submitted by email to Summit@NeuroLeadership.com. Registered delegates may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee through January 31, 2019. Between February 1, 2019 and April 30, 2019, Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after April 30th, 2019 are nonrefundable. A transfer of registration to another person is permitted by submitting an email to Summit@NeuroLeadership.com.
